Tracey Rychman

Tracey is a Registered Nurse currently holding a dual role as an Executive Director/Director of Nursing. She has many years of experience in hospital/acute care, long term care and assisted living, possessing roles in management and process improvement. This includes participating in the first thirty minute emergency wait guarantee at hospital as a Nursing Supervisor, Six Sigma Greenbelt change agent identifying need and implementing process improvement at hospital, establishment of five star rated skilled nursing facility as Nursing Home Administrator/Director of Nursing and implementing person centered care at Assisted living as a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Having experience in different levels of the healthcare spectrum, Tracey has benefited Oracle Medical Consultation with her understanding and insight. Regardless if on an individual or larger scale basis she has contributed to the success sought by those we have serviced.

Diane Holme

Diane Holme has focused her entire career on the business side of the healthcare industry. She has worked with numerous multi-specialty groups to increase practice and efficiency by utilizing a variety of data-driven measures. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding for the need of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, serving successfully as a liaison between providers and office staff.

She has a very strong understanding of healthcare administration and management in the ever-changing environment we are faced with today.
